We are a husband and wife wedding coordinating business based in Indianapolis, and we are passionate about wedding details and making sure you enjoy your special day instead of worrying about it!

Our Coordinators

Madi Jones

By day, Madi keeps academic records for the IU School of Dentistry, but by night, she is a wedding logistics queen! Having a knack for details helps Madi be the expert on timelines and forgotten wedding day specifics. She is also our creative expert and our go-to person for parents on wedding days.

Caleb Jones

Caleb's friendly personality helps him sell wine during the day, but helps him be our go-to person for vendor relations at our weddings. He's an expert in wedding emergencies, and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty to keep your wedding running smoothly.

We'll be available via email and text 24/7, and on your day, we'll be the go-to's for vendors and family alike.
Vendor Recommendations
We won't book them for you so that you maintain some autonomy, but we are happy to recommend and consult on vendors for your wedding day.
Our approach

Throughout our time together, we will chat all about your wedding's logisitics. We'll help create your day-of timeline and go over things like seating charts, decor, ceremony processional, and so much more. On your wedding day, we'll run the show so you don't have to!
