What areas do you service?
We are based in Indianapolis, but we love to travel! There may be some travel fees involved for weddings outside of Indy, but we'd still love to help!
How many weddings do you take on per day?
We only book one wedding per weekend. We want to be able to give you our full attention!
How early should we book with you?
The sooner the better! For full planning, it's best to start at least a year out if you can. For partial planning, six to eight months usually does the trick, and for coordination, one to three months out is usually enough time.
Do I still need a wedding coordinator if my venue has a venue coordinator?
Yes! Venue coordinators can handle all things venue (lighting, storage, opening and closing the venue), but that's usually where their duties end. A wedding coordinator helps with so much more, and is much more personalized to your wedding needs.
Where did the name "True North" come from?
Not to be cheesy, but when we (Madi and Caleb) got married, we realized that we were each other's True North. We found that we were each other's orienting point, our fixing point in an ever-changing world. We strive to be authentic with one another every day, and when we decided to go into the wedding industry, we realized that is what we wanted for our clients and their weddings, too; to be authentically themselves and to have a wedding that represents their True North.
